Chris is a renowned and highly experienced independent retail consultant specialising in retention strategies and the customer experience. Having been personally involved in over 90 Customer Loyalty/Retention and CRM programmes, and having started two companies offering customer-focused marketing solutions and services, he has practical experience in all aspects relating to the customer journey and experience.

He provides strategic direction and implementation support to retailers in developing their direct marketing strategy, and advises solution providers on current market trends. Chris is a practitioner who has an in depth, practical understanding of the different issues involved in building customer relationships in a wide range of industries.

Chris graduated in Computational and Statistical Science and is a Fellow of The Institute of Direct Marketing.
