Svilen Klassanov defines himself as a baker, a miller, a confectioner, a cook, a tractor driver and a DJ. He is owner of "Sun Moon" - a family business that spans two bakeries and а vegetarian restaurant in Sofia, online store, a stone mill in the village of Dolna Dikania. He is developing permaculture farm in the village of Kapinovo, Veliko Tarnovo, and the idea is to close the cycle of production. Late last year he launched the "Horse with a cart" - "new means to reach production of honest manufacturers to the right places in the cities."
