Shopping in the digital and post-digital worlds

While online continues to grow, the world of the terrestrial store is not dead and indeed there are retailers that have successfully bypassed the in-store digital hurdle and continued to show rapid expansion. The aim would be to show that there are merits to both the digital and non-digital approaches and to demonstrate that there is room for both. A good idea will always trump the simple injection of cash, so simplicity will also form part of the talk.
