Silvia Warth, Head of Brussels Office, Kaufland

Since January 2011, Silvia Warth is Head of Brussels Office of international retailer Kaufland. Previously, Silvia worked in Berlin as consultant in a Public Affairs and Public Relations agency. She started working in the retail sector in 2010 when she became Project Manager at the German Retail Federation (HDE) at its Brussels representation. Silvia’s tasks go from informing Kaufland about policy developments at EU level, to liaising with relevant stakeholders and setting up engagement plans. Silvia is an expert on the EU debate on B2B relationships in the food supply chain. She holds a university degree in political science obtained at the University of Bamberg, Germany.
