 Radina Shkutova is Marketing Manager of the leading brewing company "Zagorka". She joins the "Zagorka" team in 2005 as a junior brand manager. Throughout the years she has worked for the three main brands – "Heineken", "Ariana" and "Zagorka". 
In the past two years she had a leading role in the development of the "Zagorka" brand – she carried out the introduction of the innovative brands "Zagorka Rezerva" and "Zagorka Fusion", initiated the creation of the new "Zagorka" bottle and the new advertising campaign launched in March this year. She also contributed to the market growth of the brand in 2012. 
In her new role Shkutova focuses on the building of a portfolio, which will contribute to a stable first position of the company – both in sales and innovation. 
Radina Shkutova has a degree in business administration from the American University in Bulgaria. 
She is married, with one child.
